The Southshore area of Louisiana’s Gulf of Mexico waters, Zone 2, opens for Shrimp season Monday, May 20, with neighboring Zones 1 and 3 opening May 27. That means shrimp will be sold directly from our vendors and at local markets, including our June 1 market at Delacroix Pier.
