LSU AgCenter Southwest Region Ag Career Day

The Seafood Processing Demonstration Lab team participated in the SW Region Ag Career Day at both the H. Rouse Caffey Rice Research Station on December 3rd and the St. Gabriel Sugar Research Station on December 12th. The team provided participants with information on careers in fisheries and food science and conducted a demonstration on how to smoke fish at home.
