Beyond The Boat Seafood Field Day

April 18, 2024. Chefs and seafood industry participated in the Science and Art of Seafood Smoking and By-Product Recovery Seafood Filed day. The Co-Director went from by-product recovery to creation of value added products from  undervalued fish species. Attendees learned about the science and the art of seafood smoking.
