We had an amazing morning at the Delcambre Seafood and Farmers Market, tasting Garfish Boulettes and chatting with visitors. The Boulettes were a hit! Many people shared fond childhood memories, while others experienced the unique taste for the first time. This event was part of a USDA grant which supports several rural seafood businesses in developing value-added products and expand local employment.
