LSU AgCenter Seafood Processing Demonstration Lab hosted a 3 day Spanish Seafood Workshop at the LSU AgCenter St. Martin Cooperative Extension Office in Breaux Bridge. Eleven attendees from five different seafood companies attended the workshop.
