The Twin Parish Port Commission along with agency partners, Louisiana Sea Grant and LSU AgCenter, created a direct market for fishermen. Customers can find and make contract with fishermen for the purchase of fresh seafood. The Port Commission also operates the Delcambre Seafood & Farmers Market held the first Saturday of each month from March to December at Bayou Carlin Cove, 605 S. Railroad, Delambre, Louisiana. Boats dock to sell their catch during the markets and other vendors sell under the big pavilion.
